My paternal great-great-grandfather, John Morgan, arrived in Australia on the ship Calliance on the 31st of December 1855 along with his 2 sisters, Margaret and Bridget.
John's occupation listed was Agricultural Labourer and he was sponsored by a Mr. Dodd of Campbellfield.

In the name of God Amen
This is the Last Will and Testament of me John Morgan of Pascoe Vale Road, Moonee Ponds in the County of Bourke in the Colony of Victoria.
After any funeral and testamentary expenses are paid I hereby will and bequeath all my real and personal property of whatever nature and where ever placed to my dear wife Alice Morgan my sole Executrix to this my last will and testament.
To which I hereby affix my signature in the presence of witnesses present and in presence of each other.
John Morgan made his mark and also a very 'scratchy' looking signature.

I John Smith of Essendon in the Colony of Victoria, Gate Keeper, make oath and say -
1. That I am one of the attesting witnesses to the Will of the abovenamed deceased John Morgan.
2. That the document hereunto annexed marked A is the Will of the said John Morgan
3. That the other attesting witness to the said Will is Frederick Power a school teacher who I believe is now residing in Lillydale in the said Colony of Victoria but who was, at the time of the execution of said Will by the said John Morgan, residing at Essendon where I now reside.
4. That the said Will of the Testator was signed by him on the day of the date thereof namely the 17th day of July A.D 1879
5. That said Will was signed by the said John Morgan the Testator in the presence of myself and the said Frederick Power and that we at the request of the said John Morgan attested his signature thereto and signed our names as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said John Morgan and in the presence of each other ..... (looks like) through weakness he made his mark thereto
